What is the total investment required?

Our fees are £200 per hour, per consultant.  If we recommend Conflict Dynamics Profiling™ as part of the diagnosis phase, there will be an additional charge for this.

The exact number of hours will depend on the conflict interventions needed.  Once we have discussed your conflict with you in a briefing call, we should be able to provide you with an estimate.   

To give you an idea:

  1. Fees for the conflict diagnosis phase (including the strategy report) are usually £1800 – £2000.
  1. Fees for the conflict resolution and prevention phase for a medium-complexity conflict in a small team involving:
    • team facilitation or mediation
    • conflict coaching for 2 individuals
    • a future focused conflict resolution policy

          would be a further £5,500.
